Job Description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Colorado for a 2-month long temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enthusiastic about supporting human resources functions within a dynamic and growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations.
  • Manage and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and employee handbooks.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, and sick leaves.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll information.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR administrative assistant or relevant role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Additional Details:

$24-$28/hr; Background check required.
